FAYAT METAL is a leading provider of high-performance technical solutions in metal construction and lifting-handling. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Draftsman-Project Manager for Building Envelopes to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of building envelope projects. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our clients by ensuring structural integrity, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive studies of both simple and complex structures, meticulously creating building envelope plans and generating detailed order sheets.
  • Transform architectural or technical sketches and drawings into precise plans and studies using your proficiency in AutoCAD and Tekla software.
  • Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, actively participating in technical meetings to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Prepare clear and concise orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a BTS degree in Metal Constructions or Building Envelopes, complemented by a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the industry.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of building envelope techniques and possess expertise in AutoCAD and Tekla software.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Display a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures and regulations.
