Job Description
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential assets independently, under the supervision of the Director, Residential and Hospitality Asset Management. In parallel, you will also be responsible for construction monitoring in collaboration with the technical team.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Defining the strategy and action plans for each managed building;
- Determining the appropriate rental management policy to optimize the flow generated by real estate assets;
- Implementing marketing, renewal or renegotiation objectives of leases;
- Specifying the investment policy in terms of repositioning and restructuring assets;
- Controlling the operating budget and ensuring the technical management of buildings.
As an Asset Manager in the Residential sector, you will work with all AEW teams: portfolio management, fund management, property management, legal, investment and technical departments.
You will work in an international environment, within a community of experts that places excellence, impact and collective action at the heart of everything it does.
This position is based in Paris with the ability to work from home.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
You are familiar with:
Types of residential assets;
Financial analysis and real estate.
You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:
Recognized for your entrepreneurial and commercial spirit;
Valued for your ability to develop relationships and networks;
Able to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
You master English with a B2 level.
