About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Analyst, you will support the GP Stake Investments team and contribute to building and executing the investment strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the investment team in various aspects of the investment process
- Performing market screening to support the creation of the deal flow
- Analysis and update of market valuations database based on listed comparables, market transactions and analysts notes
- Drafting of monthly newsletter related to GP Stake activity dedicated to AXA IM Prime
- Carrying out financial and strategic analyses as well as financial modelling of potential investment opportunities
- Conducting research on key themes in line with our investment strategy
- Performing ad-hoc tasks and projects related to our activity
We welcome different combinations of skills & experiences. Your qualifications and experience:
- Undertaking a masters or advanced degree in Finance / Economics
- Previous experience in M&A Investment banking, Private Equity or Management Consulting is highly preferred
Your knowledge and skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage databases and reporting tools
- Excellent writing skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and produce quality work with attention to detail within tight deadlines
- A hard-working, dynamic and proactive self-starter enjoying entrepreneurial environments
- True team player
- Fluent English speaker
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
