Master Internship AI Research RAN: Energy-efficient cell load balancing in 6G

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Master Intern to join our team in AI Research RAN: Energy-efficient cell load balancing in 6G. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to optimize energy efficiency in 6G RAN networks.
Key responsibilities- Investigate and develop AI-based methods for energy-efficient RAN management in 6G networks
- Design and implement Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms for user association and resource assignment
- Collaborate with our team to integrate AI-driven solutions into our 6G RAN network architecture
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in energy efficiency
- Develop and maintain a proprietary simulator to evaluate the quality of the solution
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, including Reinforcement Learning and Generative-AI
- Proficiency in Python and experience with scientific Python packages such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Numpy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Background in telecommunication networks is a plus, but not required
