Job Responsibilities

  • Perform machining operations on CNC machines following blueprints and work orders
  • Work with various materials, including Aluminum, Titanium, and Stainless Steel
  • Conduct first-piece inspection and collaborate with the Methods/Programming Department to address any issues
  • Ensure production of parts series, including loading materials and performing tool changes
  • Complete production and quality control documents
  • Maintain the workstation and perform basic maintenance
  • Suggest continuous improvement actions
  • Report any anomalies to management
