Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates technical design processes associated with application software, data management, databases, packaged solutions, and infrastructure elements (Technical). Creates, develops, and disseminates reusable technical components (Technical). Engages in the selection, acquisition, configuration, and troubleshooting of packaged solutions and technical infrastructure elements (Technical). Contributes to the application of the Catalyst framework, in the role undertaken, to identify the methodological steps suitable for an engagement (Methodology). Directs a team of 3-5 company personnel, in the area of expertise, to successfully complete a project phase (Management). Aids in conducting gap analyses that highlight current state, future state, client requirements, best practices, and competitive landscape (Business). Establishes credibility at all organizational levels with clients and fosters problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues (Relationship Management). Understands the sales process, information and support requirements, and assists sales personnel in identifying potential leads (Leverage). Communicates effectively in formal presentation settings, including medium-sized groups, internal and external project teams, and business unit events; develops written communications tailored to diverse styles and information needs (Communication).

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field is preferred A minimum of three years of experience in technical analysis and design, ideally within a consulting context One to two years of relevant experience in a specific technical specialty area is included Experience collaborating with company, client, and/or equivalent vendor-mandated methodologies Familiarity with software, hardware, data, and testing standards Knowledge of delivery assurance principles and procedures
