Configuration and Document Management Specialist

Serco is a leading Space Services Provider with a strong presence in the European space sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Configuration and Document Management Engineer to join our team in Toulouse, France.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of an effective product assurance programme, ensuring the application of EUSPA internal processes.
- Ensure the output and deliverables produced by the PA disciplines are consistent, complete, and delivered in line with the project schedule.
- Prepare milestone review organisation notes, aligning objectives and data package content with applicable processes and document delivery lists.
- Follow up EUSPA documents readiness for submission to review data packages.
- Collect and dispatch review data packages to board members and experts, tracking document status against contractor's document delivery lists.
- Support programme reviews, including Service Consolidation Reviews, Service Validation Reviews, and key project reviews.
- Trace milestone reviews actions/RIDs implementation to documents changes, including processes and programmatic documents.
- Track review outcomes and qualification statuses in coordination with EUSPA Product and Quality Assurance team.
- Ensure continuous improvement of EUSPA processes, incorporating lessons learnt from process execution.
- Configuration Control experience.
- ECSS PA/QA awareness.
- Galileo/EGNOS Asset Management knowledge.
- Galileo/EO/Satellite Schedule/Project Management awareness.
- Occasional travel within EU.
- EU state nationals with required Personal Security Clearance up to SECRET (with PRS).
