Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Dalkia Centre Est. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of supplies, materials, and services within agreed deadlines and purchasing policies, while optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process for non-catalog purchases, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any disputes with suppliers.
  • Provide products, materials, and services that meet the needs of our operations and technicians, aligning with the Group's Procurement policy.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers to optimize costs, considering different needs expressions.
  • Advise internal clients and propose solutions that align with the procurement policy, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Interface with the local procurement platform and existing buyers to propose referencing and contract agreements.
  • Support requesters in tool usage, providing training and support as needed.
