KPMG offers specialized services in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) to assist both French and international clients in navigating corporate governance, risk assessment, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Position Available:
Senior Consultant in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (F/M)
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients either remotely or on-site to:
- Assess current processes and organizational structures, pinpoint risks, evaluate control efficiency, provide recommendations, and disseminate best practices.
- Guide clients in enhancing their operations by analyzing workflows, identifying risks, streamlining controls, and offering team training.
- Ensure adherence to SOX, J-SOX, and AMF standards.
- Design systems to fulfill specific regulatory mandates (e.g., anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls).
- Support clients in safeguarding critical processes through business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in the growth of the department through business development initiatives, enhancing external visibility, recruitment efforts, and team leadership.
Qualifications Required
A master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, or auditing is essential. Candidates should possess strong financial acumen, be proactive, analytical, a team player, and exhibit excellent communication skills. A customer-centric approach and fluency in both French and English (C1 level) are mandatory.
This position is available for candidates based in France or abroad, offering a permanent contract. Embrace a collaborative work culture that emphasizes teamwork.
