At Nexans, our Purchasing Operations team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations by managing and optimizing our digital purchasing platforms, SAP and Ariba.
We support the company's procurement processes across various business units, ensuring all systems are aligned to meet both operational needs and strategic goals.
As the Purchasing Digital and Platforms Manager, you will be the go-to expert for ERP-linked purchasing activities, ensuring the smooth running of SAP and Ariba platforms while driving new projects to align with our strategic purchasing roadmap.
You will interface with IT, finance, and supply chain teams, ensuring that all purchasing-related data and systems are in sync and optimized for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead SAP and Ariba configuration, ensuring smooth daily operations and proactive system improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to align purchasing activities across platforms, ensuring data consistency.
- Manage the integration of purchasing systems with other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Develop strong expertise in SAP and Ariba, both technically and functionally, to manage and optimize platform usage.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business, leveraging strong leadership and communication skills.
