About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized support and care in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support and care to clients in their own homes, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
• Work independently, using your initiative and judgment to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements:
• 3 years' experience in a care or support role, or relevant qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on client-centered care.
