We are seeking a highly skilled LOD1 Risk Controller to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our Global LOD1 NFR & Compliance Central team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the global implementation, coordination, and steering of operational risks and Level 1 control frameworks.
Responsibilities:- Identify and monitor operational risks across the organization
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
- Enhance data quality in the controls' repository
- Support project teams and country correspondents in risk management initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless risk management processes
- Study specialization in Audit/Risk/Internal Control is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent English language skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Contract type: Apprenticeship or professionalization
- Master 2 level required
- Start date: September
- Contract duration: 12 months
