Regulatory Affairs Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business units in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor regulatory developments and identify potential impacts on our business operations;
- Analyze regulatory changes and assess their implications for our company;
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate regulatory risks and ensure compliance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory changes and ensure seamless integration;
- Provide expert advice on regulatory matters to senior management and other stakeholders;
- Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory trends and developments, and provide recommendations for proactive measures;
- Support the development and implementation of regulatory policies and procedures;
- Conduct impact assessments and provide recommendations for regulatory changes;
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders;
- Provide training and support to colleagues on regulatory matters.
- Master's degree in law or a related field;
- At least 4-7 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial regulations, including EU and French law;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and Dutch an advantage;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
