Field Sales Representative

Our mission is to replace traditional cigarettes with innovative non-combustion devices, driven by scientific research and cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in this industry transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance brand presence among tobacco retailers
  • Greet customers warmly at the entrance of retail locations
  • Assess the experiences and preferences of adult smokers to guide them towards alternative tobacco products
  • Showcase, explain, and demonstrate non-combustion options
  • Meet established sales objectives
  • Uphold brand reputation and service excellence in collaboration with store managers and customers
  • Carefully manage provided equipment (demonstration tools, vehicle, uniform)
  • Deliver consistent and accurate reports on activities and insights for brand and business growth

Candidate Profile

  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster quality relationships with tobacco retailers and adult nicotine users
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques
  • Ability to adapt to various customer profiles and tailor communication accordingly
  • Proficient in utilizing digital tools to assist customers with online applications
  • Professional appearance that aligns with brand standards
  • Experience or familiarity with tobacco retail networks is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license is required

Position Details

  • Permanent employment opportunity available
  • Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Monthly gross salary: €2000 plus uncapped monthly bonus: €500
  • Company vehicle, mobile phone, and computer provided
  • Meal reimbursement up to €19.40 per day with receipt
