About the Role:

At ClimatesTechList, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounting Transformation and Process Improvement to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our global accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Accounting Leadership:
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual, half-year, and monthly accounts to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Supervise the work of all subsidiaries and liaise with external local accounting firms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the relationship with our auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Continuously improve our accounting tools and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Cross-Functional Projects:
  • Lead the Electronic Invoicing project to streamline our invoicing process and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support the opening of new countries by ensuring that our accounting systems and processes are in place.
  • Lead the accounting internalization of subsidiaries to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Partner with operational teams and cross-functional business partners to support new product launches.
Team Management:
  • Manage a team of 4 people across 2 time zones (EMEA and US) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting transformation and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead a global team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
