About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Qualité to join our team in France. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for:
- Quality Improvement Management: Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Complex Problem-Solving: Manage and resolve complex quality-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
- Quality Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert guidance on quality-related matters, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Participate in regular meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss quality-related topics and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, aeronautics, or materials science.
- At least one year of experience in quality assurance, aeronautics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP PGI/PEA, PAC, CATIA, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
