Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

Delta Consulting Company is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team and help support one of our clients in the fund industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft and Symantec DLP technologies and be able to design and implement effective DLP policies and rules.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring overall DLP policies and rules coherence within its functional scope.
- Working on product delivery, product compliance with standards, operational run, and prioritization & functional consistency of the backlog.
- Collaborating with the DLP Product Manager in accordance with the Product Line Manager's strategy & guidelines.
- Designing DLP policies and rules according to entities' expectations.
- Monitoring the status of agents, servers, and users on the Symantec DLP platform.
- Performing monitoring activities on the EU DLP platform.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be part of the Delta Digital Fund Industry club and provide support to other colleagues when expertise is required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with specific expertise in Microsoft and Symantec DLP technologies.
- Strong skills in designing DLP policies and rules.
- Ability to monitor and track DLP platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and interact with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
- License or Master qualification in Computer Science or equivalent.
- English and French are mandatory; an additional language is considered an advantage.
