As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets, identify opportunities for growth, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and team scheduling to optimize sales performance.

  • Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase customer loyalty.

  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to store team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans, product displays, and in-store promotions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store environment.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analysis.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software applications.

  • Experience in recruitment, training, and development of store team members.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to store team members.

  • Fluency in English is a plus.
