**Position Overview**
We are in search of a distinguished Lead Applications Architect to join our Sales Performance Management (SPM) Application team. This role involves working within autonomous Scrum teams that prioritize collaboration, innovation, and transparency. **Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop sales model templates, including Sales Planning and Capacity Planning, using Anaplan while adhering to industry best practices to ensure optimal performance.
- Assume various roles within projects, collaborating with product owners to refine requirements, drafting comprehensive test scripts, constructing models, documenting processes, and facilitating training sessions for stakeholders.
- Transform template models into customizable solutions that cater to unique customer needs while ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Operational Excellence Group (OEG) to optimize Anaplan models, enhancing functionality and usability in line with best practices.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by actively participating in discussions, sharing knowledge, and supporting team success.
- Engage with platform teams, cross-functional teams, partners, and clients to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of Anaplan solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect, with a strong background in implementations and model-building.
- Domain knowledge in Sales Performance Management (SPM) is advantageous for understanding and addressing sales-related challenges.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Dynamics 365 (D365) is beneficial for enhancing integration and functionality within Anaplan solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams towards successful project completion.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to meet application roadmap objectives.
- A certified Master Anaplanner is required.
