About the Position
We are currently looking for a Process Engineer to join our team based in Paris, France. As a Process Engineer, you will be involved in the development and simulation of process flow diagrams (PFD's) with heat and material balances (H&MB's), sizing of equipment and instrument, and drafting of technical specifications and process datasheets (PDS's). You will also participate in safety, environment and operations reviews (HAZOP, SIL, HAZID and ENVID), technical analysis of suppliers' offers, and technical support to specialists from the engineering chain.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and independent individual with a strong background in chemical engineering or process engineering. You should have a solid knowledge in the area of material and energy transformation applied to the Industry (thermodynamics, chemistry, energetics and fluid mechanics). You should also be familiar with process simulation tools, in particular HYSYS, UniSim, PRO II or ProSim. You will be fluent in English and have a basic knowledge of French or be willing to learn it.
