Job Title: Mobile Implementation Officer

Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Implementation Officer to join our team. As a key member of our global health implementation team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis in children.

About the Project:

The TACTiC project aims to support MSF teams and their partners in scaling up the use of WHO recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis in children. The project will focus on three main axes of work: implementation, operational research, and international advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the kick-starting of implementation of WHO recommendations in MSF projects
  • Develop and implement user-centered training and support tools for the implementation of WHO recommendations
  • Provide technical assistance and support to MSF teams and partners in the implementation of WHO recommendations
  • Collaborate with MSF sections active in the country to identify and support additional MSF implementing sites
Requirements:
  • Medical Doctor or clinical officer with experience in managing sick children in MSF contexts
  • Good knowledge of children's health and tuberculosis
  • Strong capacity for mobilisation, internally and externally to MSF
  • Fluent in English and French (B2)
