Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Talents Santé. As a Health Nurse at Work, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the health and well-being of workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough nursing interviews to assess employee health and identify potential risks.
  • Perform additional examinations as needed to provide a comprehensive understanding of employee health.
  • Refer employees to the occupational doctor if necessary, and provide guidance on occupational health best practices.
  • Offer advice and information on occupational health to employees, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.
  • Issue nursing follow-up certificates to employees, documenting their health status and any necessary actions.
  • Transcribe collected elements from interviews, orientations, and advice sessions into our computer tool, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Conduct surveys among employees at the request of the occupational doctor, gathering valuable insights to inform occupational health strategies.
  • Carry out actions in the workplace to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the occupational doctor on cases, ensuring seamless coordination and effective support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
