Mission

As a key member of our Budget and Comptability team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal, coordinated, and fluid financial management of our sectors. Your primary mission will be to guarantee the efficient management of our financial resources.

Your Daily Tasks

• Participate in the preparation of various budget stages (initial budget, decision-making, and year-end closure)

• Monitor budget execution (approval of purchase orders, commitments, and credit transfers)

• Ensure all steps of expense and revenue titration, ensuring timely mandatement and high-quality accounting entries

• Conduct a rigorous financial follow-up of public markets and conventions (from project review to accounting software entry and throughout their financial execution)

• Develop tracking tools and maintain internal service tables

• Serve as the interface between operational directions and resource directions, as well as the Treasury services

• Support, advise, and train operational directions

Profile

With a degree in financial management or accounting, you have a solid understanding of financial rules and regulations. You have a strong knowledge of public markets and are proficient in the CIVIL NET FINANCES accounting software. You are organized, rigorous, and possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to work in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
