We are in search of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Contributions
The Global Talent Acquisition team at L-Acoustics SAS collaborates closely with various business units to enhance our workforce by attracting exceptional talent while ensuring a superior candidate experience.
Our compact team of four, under the guidance of the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, is eager to welcome a new Talent Acquisition Specialist.
In this role, you will implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, specifically:
- Engage in the recruitment process for over 180 positions globally across three business units (EMEA, AMERICAS & APAC), encompassing three R&D centers and four manufacturing facilities, utilizing a diverse sourcing strategy to identify both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews.
- Assist in Talent Acquisition initiatives related to employer branding and innovative reporting methods.
- Serve as a vital business partner for hiring managers by participating in kickoff meetings and providing regular updates.
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of Workday data while collaborating closely with the HR team.
Qualifications for Success
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
- A dynamic and energetic personality with outstanding communication skills.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and eager to learn in a challenging yet supportive environment.
- Prior experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Proficiency in both French and English, with a readiness to thrive in an international setting.
