Position Overview:
As a Clinical Psychologist at Colisée, you will operate under the guidance of the Facility Director and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering psychological support to residents, their families, and staff, tailored to their unique requirements
- Assisting the multidisciplinary team in improving resident care by promoting an understanding of psychological principles
- Administering cognitive evaluations for residents upon their arrival
- Engaging in one-on-one sessions with residents according to their individualized care strategies
- Contributing to team discussions and meetings
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Psycho-gerontology, demonstrate a solid comprehension of elderly care, and align with our CORE values (COhesion, Respect, Engagement).
