Product/Process Quality Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Product/Process Quality Support Engineer to join our team at Baxter. As a key member of our operations management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the manufacturing process meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in investigations to identify the root causes of deviations from process specifications using Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Participate in tasks such as updating risk analyses and quality/process documents.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor, technical correspondent, and methods team to ensure daily performance management.
- Identify root causes of dysfunctions (technical, human, or organizational).
- Conduct risk analyses (FMEA) and operator training.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our manufacturing site in Meyzieu, which employs approximately 550 people and produces dialyzers for patients with renal failure.
