We are seeking a skilled Insulation Labourer to join our team at Ineos FPS - Grangemouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to Altrad's Health and Safety policy.
- Participate in pre-job briefings and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Select and apply the correct insulation materials and finishes for various applications.
- Maintain tools and equipment, and report any defects or risks to the Supervisor and safety teams.
- Assist tradespeople with insulation removal and replacement.
- Monitor and maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses to the Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
Requirements:
- Local to the site.
- Relevant experience.
- Qualifications or trade cards relevant to the role.
