Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager at RATP

The Digital & Innovation Operational Department is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of essential information systems and digital solutions that support the activities of the Group. As the Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the cybersecurity strategy with the overarching goals of the organization, overseeing the creation, execution, validation, integration, deployment, and ongoing support of cybersecurity initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Establishing and directing a process to meet the functional requirements identified by the Cyber Group Directorate and various business units.
  • Contributing to the development of the cybersecurity solutions roadmap.
  • Overseeing the execution of cybersecurity projects, including scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Leading cybersecurity teams to ensure the quality and compliance of project deliverables.
  • Providing consistent updates on the progress of cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Assisting the IT Project Manager in steering the Cybersecurity MOA and major cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Identifying and managing risks and milestones throughout project interfaces.

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing cybersecurity projects. Essential technical skills include a comprehensive understanding of corporate security policies, information security standards, strong communication and leadership abilities, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and a solid grasp of network system architectures and security solutions.

This full-time role offers the flexibility of telecommuting 2 to 3 days a week. Compensation will be determined based on experience, with a starting salary of at least 65K€ gross annually, exclusive of bonuses.
