Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Coordinator to join our team at IFF France. As a key member of our technical department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to operations and participating in the management of our natural ingredients portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze natural ingredients using various techniques, including physicochemical analysis, GC/MS, GC/FID, HPLC, and LCMS.
• Provide technical support to operations, including sourcing raw materials, resolving production issues, and managing blocked or slow-moving batches.
• Participate in portfolio management and valorization, including quality comparison, data management, and internal support.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, including reporting and presenting results.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of natural raw materials and aromatic ingredients.
• 2-3 years of experience in analytical chemistry and natural extraction processes.
• Fluent in French and able to work in English.
• Sensitivity to good manufacturing processes and safety instructions.
• Sensitivity to biodiversity and environmental concerns.
