Job Description: Deputy Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager of the Languedoc District, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our highway network.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage operational teams responsible for highway operation, toll collection, traffic management, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance risk prevention practices, employee health and safety, and workplace well-being.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of VINCI Autoroutes policies and procedures within the Regional Directorate, fostering collaboration with operational teams and contributing to overall performance management.
  • Drive the development and execution of innovative projects related to highway operation, including environmental preservation, decarbonization initiatives, new mobility services, construction advancements, and technological integration.
  • Participate in on-call service rotations to ensure continuous operational support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration with proven experience in operational management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, public service orientation, and exceptional interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
  • Valid driver's license required for regular travel within the highway network.
