We are recruiting a CDIC for 12 months (Renewable) for our client and in the context of his development, an ELECTRICAL SPECIALIST (H/F) - expert. The post is based in GRANDPUITS (77720). Our client is a company with over 2000 employees. A leader in its market, it specializes in the energy sector.

Coordinate with the client's electrical specialist leader, the electrical subject, and provide support to the electrical specialist and project supervisors by performing the following activities:
Transversal management of electrical specialists, supervisors;Examine and define legal requirements and notify the involvement of the organization for each phase of the project;Be the technical expert who negotiates with the notified organization in case of technical problems or specific requests;Integrate the notified electrical specialist organization into the electrical team to improve quality control efficiency;Examine discrepancies between the client's specifications and the specifications to be applied on each project and prepare the derogation form if necessary;Ensure the link and interfaces between electrical and other disciplines; Ensure technical support and control of engineering contractors in the design of projects for all electrical subjects; Verify that the number and nature of resources needed to manage the electrical specialty follow the project needs and inform the project direction in case additional resources are needed;Examine, modify, validate with the electrical team the deliverables produced by the contractor within the scheduled deadlines according to the coordination procedure;Control that engineering activities and construction works are aligned with the planned schedule and alert the project direction in case of deviation;Support the purchasing team by verifying the scope, technical conditions, planning, and budget of electrical materials and services purchased by the project team and electrical personnel in the entire project team; Support and provide advice to the specialized electrical personnel on the site on electrical subjects; Exchange with the company's services, authorities, contractors, and partners on electrical matters, as needed;Ensure that electrical specifications and documents (directives, rules,...) are well understood and applied;Verify that the construction file is well defined;...

Technical requirements:

Advanced relevant work experience, preferably in the project environment of the refining and petrochemical industry;Extensive experience in electricity (10 years minimum) on land installations;Experience in supervision or management of electrical teams;Good level in French and English;Demonstrate high ethical conduct in the areas of procurement, contracts, contractor evaluation, and all other areas related to procurement.
