Position Overview:
ASL Maintenance, the EASA part 145 aircraft maintenance division of ASL Aviation Holdings, is actively seeking skilled B1 and B2 engineers specializing in B737 classic and NG aircraft for night shift line maintenance operations.
About ASL Maintenance:
Our mission is to deliver outstanding airworthiness maintenance services to our airline partners. With a dedicated team of nearly 300 technicians stationed in various locations, including Brussels, Liege, and Paris CDG, ASL Maintenance ensures the efficient, safe, and timely operation of our fleet comprising ATR's, B737's, and B747's worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and caring for our fleet of B & B cargo aircraft, adhering to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and on-time performance.
Essential Qualifications:
The role requires:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of the aircraft.
- Quick decision-making abilities and excellent communication skills to keep the team informed about aircraft status.
- A high tolerance for physical and mental stress, as maintenance activities occur during the night.
- Compliance with various regulations and standards in a highly regulated working environment.
- Fluency in English and good physical condition.
Additional Information:
We have multiple positions available, and recruitment is ongoing. Candidates without an EASA license but holding an FAA or other licenses, along with experience on the B737 classic and NG, are encouraged to apply for non-licensed engineer positions.
Requirements:
- EASA part 66 B1 or B2 license with B737 classic or NG type rating.
- Experience in base maintenance on these aircraft types is highly valued.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Good planning and organizational abilities.
- Legal eligibility to work in the EU.
