Position Overview:
As a Clinical Psychologist at Colisée, you will collaborate closely with the Facility Director and be an integral part of a diverse team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering emotional and psychological support to residents, their families, and staff, tailored to their unique circumstances
- Enhancing the quality of resident care by educating the multidisciplinary team on fundamental psychological principles
- Administering cognitive evaluations for residents upon their entry
- Providing individualized support to residents in accordance with their customized care plans
- Engaging in collaborative discussions during team meetings
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess a Master's degree in Psycho-gerontology, have a solid grasp of the needs of elderly individuals, and exemplify our CORE values: COhesion, Respect, and Engagement.
