About the Role:
Vallourec is seeking a highly experienced Transformation Manager - Health & Safety to lead the deployment of the new CAP 2030 Group Health & Safety roadmap. As a key member of the international Health & Safety team, you will play a critical role in making Vallourec a World Best in Class company in Health & Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional projects to define group tools, standards, and methods applicable to all industrial and non-industrial sites.
- Develop health & safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Implement the health & safety programs by working closely with supervisors and managers, assisting them in implementing safety practices within their respective areas.
- Define and implement the global communication and training strategy about health and safety by working closely with managers and the communication team.
- Act as the central team's point of reference on issues such as communication, training, health, and the risks associated with travel and functions other than production.
Requirements:
- An engineering degree or BAC +5 level with an EHS specialty.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years' experience in EHS management.
- A strong leadership to lead and deploy the transformation programs.
- A successful experience in an industrial environment with proven experiences in driving the transformation of organizations about culture in health and safety.
- An appetite for communication, training, and health topics.
- Fluent English is mandatory, speaking French or another language is a plus.
