About the Role
Rattaché(e) to the International Mobility Team, you will contribute to the development of Egis at the international level, in direct support to the HR Directors of the Business Lines and operational directors in over 50 countries.
Key Responsibilities
As an International Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Managing international mobility on a defined geographic area (expatriates, TCNs, localizations): determining the package, presenting/discussing HR and employee, implementing the employment contract, coordinating procedures (immigration, tax assistance, relocation), tracking service providers, etc.
• Collaborating with HR Directors and HR Business Partners of our Business Lines and regions, and ensuring the application of rules and policies in place in a compliance framework for employees and the company in our different countries;
• Contributing to the deployment of policies and procedures with external service providers;
• Being a driving force for innovation and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools by actively participating in projects;
• You will contribute to the development of innovative and adapted solutions to the evolution of the organization and the Group's professions.
Requirements
With a good relational ease, you organize the mobility of employees with their host and origin entities. You advise and provide support and expertise to HR Directors and operational managers, particularly during the opening of new countries.
Profile
With a Master's degree, you justify a minimum of 5 years of experience in international mobility, either in a company and/or in a consulting firm.
You master the tax subjects in the context of International Mobility.
Good communicator, you master English fluently and ideally a third language (Spanish, Portuguese).
Recognized for your expertise, you know how to work independently, manage priorities, and have an operational but also strategic approach to challenges.
