Key Responsibilities:- Define equipment specifications in partnership with a cross-functional project team.
- Manage supplier relationships and project tasks, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Develop, validate, and integrate models for inertial equipment.
- Supervise performance evaluations and qualification processes for equipment.
- Maintain technical and commercial partnerships with suppliers.
- Ensure alignment with MBDA's product policies and development protocols.
- Encourage the sharing of technical expertise within the Navigation Sensors Excellence Center.
This position requires engagement in an international context, contributing to Center of Excellence initiatives and global programs. Qualifications:- Degree in general engineering or a related field.
- Extensive project management experience with a robust technical foundation in navigation and guidance systems.
- Proficiency in programming and modeling software such as Simulink and MATLAB.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Diplomatic, consensus-oriented approach complemented by leadership skills.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
