Accounts Payable Manager M/F - Full-time role
In the accounts payable division, your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily operations of the accounts payable team while ensuring effective leadership.
Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee and guide a team of 5 professionals;
- Develop and refine accounts payable workflows, focusing on enhancing invoice processing efficiency;
- Support the team in addressing and resolving invoice processing issues;
- Revise and implement procedures aimed at continuous improvement;
- Keep abreast of accounting regulations and ethical standards;
- Engage in the integration of AI technologies for the automation of accounting functions;
- Manage asset oversight for various departments.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, complemented by experience in both transactional and general accounting. Familiarity with accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
