Job Description

Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our team at Sabena Technics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance planning activities, working closely with our CAMO team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing aircraft maintenance records during pre-recovery and recovery phases
  • Producing bridging from MS company to MPD Airbus in accordance with contractual return conditions
  • Supporting the records team for commitment letter writing during recovery process
  • Initializing or updating AMASIS
  • Defining list of works to be done for work package issuance
  • Ensuring work package AMASIS initialization, printout, and formatting
  • Following up and actualizing work package during working party
  • Supporting TPS team for MPD tasks queries
  • Receiving documents from records team for tally sheet check
  • Controlling conformity of work performed by MRO concerning maintenance tasks sign-off
  • Updating AMASIS
  • Updating MPD aircraft status following working party analysis
  • Supporting records team for aircraft records presentation to customer during acceptance phase
  • Building and updating AIRBUS and ATR CN/AD master status
  • Building and updating AIRBUS and ATR engines CN/AD master status
  • Building and updating appliance CN/AD master status
  • Building and updating AIRBUS and ATR TCC master status
  • Building and updating AIRBUS and ATR MPD master status
  • Building and updating AIRBUS and ATR X-reference ALI & CMR to MPD
  • A/C AMASIS initialization (CN, Kardex, Section III, Section VI)
  • TFR & HIL follow-up
  • CN follow-up
  • MS & Kardex follow-up
  • Establishing monthly report
  • Establishing maintenance work package
  • Work package follow-up and analysis following working party
  • Building scheduled maintenance in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Scheduled maintenance evolution follow-up
  • Updating aircraft GIS maintenance status
  • Supporting records team for Ferry Flight Permit
  • Supporting records team for Part Robbery Statement
  • Documentation filing and updating follow-up

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • BAC + 5 in Aeronautical Engineering, or license part 66 with recognized training
  • BAC + 3, or 5 additional years of professional experience in continuing airworthiness and/or maintenance activities
  • Regulatory training as described in CAME and MOE of the organization
  • Experience in a CAMO environment
