We are seeking a LANDSCAPE SITE MANAGER for our esteemed client, working under the direction of the Construction Manager. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and coordinating a sector comprising 10 teams
• Planning and supervising daily site operations
• Ensuring adherence to safety standards
• Managing the upkeep of vehicles and tools
• Guaranteeing timely and high-quality service delivery
• Fostering strong relationships with clients
• Conducting necessary commercial activities to drive business growth
• Providing regular progress reports to the Construction Manager

Candidate Profile:

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Excellent communication abilities with teams and clients
• Commitment, independence, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Expertise in landscaping techniques and design
• Ability to report effectively to the Construction Manager
• Relevant qualifications such as CAP, BP, or BTS, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license required; EB license preferred
