About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bioinformatics Specialist to join our team in Marseille. As a Bioinformatics Specialist, you will be responsible for participating in the integration and optimization of innovative analytical tools for immunological compatibility in transplantation and hematopoietic stem cell grafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of bioinformatics tools and algorithms
- Contribute to the creation of cross-referenced databases from raw data from laboratory software
- Develop and maintain a tool for managing new alleles
Requirements
- Master's degree in Bioinformatics or a related field
