IT Architect for Support Engineering

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join its Information Management Directorate in Marignane, France. As part of the Support and Services PSL, you will be responsible for developing applications to support the business in producing aircraft documentation.
You will be part of a team that defines, monitors, and improves the best solution for the business, aiming to ensure project success, new functionalities, and high improvements in production. The Support and Services PSL is a dynamic environment that fosters innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
The team is responsible for more than 100 applications, with a diverse technical stack ranging from classic client-server architecture to cutting-edge event-driven architecture. Your challenges will include:
- Contributing to the TechData New Generation Portfolio using the SAFe Methodology
- Performing End-to-End architecture assessments for given topics
- Defining future IS architecture and IS convergence strategy
- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Designing solutions that work at scale, aligned with standard IT architecture design patterns
- Demonstrating leadership to align stakeholders to build future architecture
- Ensuring solution operability, performance, and robustness
Your Profile:
- Educated to a Master's degree level in IT
- At least 5 years of experience in Business IT projects
- IT architecture design pattern expertise
- DEV-OPS expertise
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, NodeJs, Angular, Kafka, Quarkus, and database management systems
- Collaborative mindset, good communication skills, and ability to drive improvement and innovation
