Inside Sales Role

We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales professional to join our team at Epiroc Group. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for communicating technical information to customers, ensuring compliance with contracts and sales conditions, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and effective product delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilize sales and negotiation techniques to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical expertise and stay current with company products and services.
Requirements:
  • BAC+2 level training in commerce, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, commercial law, and administrative management.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) and possibly an additional foreign language.
  • Ability to work with precision, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
