The compact team offers both financial and operational assistance to the organization, engaging in numerous initiatives aimed at fostering collaboration and efficiency amidst the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis and oversee the company’s cash accounts in preparation for accounting tasks; Develop cash flow analyses and documentation for the Finance Department, incorporating short and medium-term forecasts;


• Supervise investments, particularly in performance tracking, to facilitate their valuation and the creation of company summaries (management reports, valuation reports, annual accounts, etc.).


• Handle the complete customer cycle, from invoicing group subsidiaries to monitoring incoming payments;


• Oversee the supplier cycle, from processing invoices through our digital management system to tracking payments and accounting under the guidance of the accountant;


• Assist in the year-end closing of accounts, particularly in the review process by the Auditor and documentation for the Annual General Meeting;


• Aid in the preparation of tax returns, including analyses pertinent to our business and investment portfolio;


• Support various administrative and accounting tasks.

Candidate Profile


• Education: possess a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (BTS, BUT, License, etc.);


• Experience: prior experience (internship or apprenticeship) in accounting is advantageous;


• Technical Skills: familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);


• Personal Attributes: loyal, adaptable, a team player, methodical and organized, eager to learn and grow in a challenging environment;


• Languages: Fluent in French and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
