Ceva, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Design Team Lead to drive the development of next-generation Wi-Fi solutions. As a key member of our Wireless Internet of Things (W-IoT) Business Unit, you will lead a team of digital design engineers in creating cutting-edge Wi-Fi IP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a digital design group in developing advanced Wi-Fi PHY and MAC solutions.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, including algorithms, system, software, verification, and validation.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to the digital design team.
  • Develop and assimilate digital design and RTL simulation methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree in computer Sciences or similar field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital design, with at least 3 years in a tech lead or managerial position.
  • In-depth knowledge of Verilog.
  • Profound understanding of design flow (Micro-arch, RTL, testbench, code coverage, synthesis, verification, gate-level simulation).
  • Experience in digital design and RTL Simulation.
  • Excellent team player with superior communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.

The following skills are considered a plus:

  • Wireless communication protocol knowledge in any of the following standards: Wi-Fi / Bluetooth / UWB / Cellular 3GPP /
  • Knowledge in modem development and Wireless communication systems.
  • Experience in SOC Architecture and FPGA implementation.
