Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to join our team at Comgent. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and timelines when necessary to meet project milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing medium to large-scale IT projects.
- Strong understanding of PMO processes, governance, and best practices in project reporting and follow-up.
- Experience in budget tracking, cost control, and financial reporting for IT projects.
- Expertise in project management methodologies.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or other similar tools.
- PMI, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an IT environment, particularly with cloud technologies, software development, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with PMO software tools and systems.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.
