About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Technician Fabricator to join our team at a manufacturing company in the Grand Ouest region. As a Technician Fabricator, you will work in a human-sized company with a management style that emphasizes proximity and autonomy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting production plans
• Identifying, modifying, or creating machining programs (CN5 axes)
• Ensuring high-quality production
• Performing surface treatment on parts
• Maintaining equipment and performing first-level maintenance

The working hours are 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, and on Fridays until 12:00pm. The salary will be based on your profile, ranging from €13 to €16 per hour.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a basic education in mechanics and experience in machining and grinding. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, be autonomous and rigorous in their work, and be motivated to learn and develop their skills through internal training.
