Join Airbus Defence and Space SAS as an Export Control Officer and contribute to the success of our company by ensuring compliance with export control regulations.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Control Officer to join our team. As an Export Control Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all export activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Continuously track and analyze evolution of export control national & international laws and regulations.
- Provide permanent advice and support to the business on export control matters.
- Deliver training to business functions concerned on export control procedures.
- Ensure permanent intelligence on « end use(r) » countries or customers.
- Continuously improve the performance of the export control function.
- Support and coordinate actions of the supply chain.
- Support the implementation of Airbus Directives and Methods.
- Define, update and enforce end-to-end export control process.
- Prepare export control documentation in order to get timely clearance for export.
- Monitor and update list of products, documentation, equipment, components and/or parts subject to export restriction.
- Apply for export licences; release of deliveries incl. physical checks.
- Classification and administration of licences incl. record keeping.
- Preparation and support of the Airbus Sanctioned Country Process.
- Experience in Export Control is appreciated.
- Ideal knowledge of the Airbus Programmes and Business Lines.
- Good knowledge of relevant IT tools, MS-Office and Google Workspace.
- Pro-active, well-structure and team-oriented working approach.
- French fluent.
- English fluent.
- Legal or engineering background.
