Position: Applied Arts Educator at BTP CFA AUVERGNE RHÔNE-ALPES
BTP CFA AUVERGNE RHÔNE-ALPES stands as a leader in the realm of vocational training, operating as the largest Association within the CCCA-BTP network. We manage numerous establishments dedicated to the education of apprentices in the fields of Building and Public Works, catering to various educational levels.
With a dedicated workforce of 630 individuals across 9 departments, we proudly support over 8200 apprentices in a diverse array of trades.
Our commitment to the construction industry is reflected in our tailored training programs, which include apprenticeship contracts, professionalization initiatives, and ongoing educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions.
- Design assessment materials and evaluate learner competencies.
- Conduct site visits and monitor apprentice progress both at the training center and within their workplaces.
- Participate in various educational meetings, open house events, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching methodologies.
- Uphold compliance with internal policies and safety protocols among trainees.
- Required: Bachelor's degree (minimum Bac +3) in applied arts, design, or a related field.
- Preferred: Previous experience in teaching or training.
- Familiarity with national education standards for applied arts is advantageous.
- Expertise in both traditional and digital artistic methods (drawing, painting, sculpture, graphic design software, etc.).
- Capability to tailor instruction to the unique demands of the construction sector (architectural design, interior decoration, signage, etc.).
Compensation: Competitive salary range between 29 k€ and 38 k€ annually, along with generous time off and comprehensive health benefits.
