Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Business Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our Rail Logistique et Travaux Ferroviaires department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing maintenance engineering projects, developing business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Lead or contribute to the submission of technical and commercial bids
    • Program, pilot, and manage contracts signed by Masteris
  • Business Development
    • Receive requests from customers or prospects
    • Provide input on engineering issues relevant to customers
    • Help customers define their needs
  • Study Management
    • Analyze specifications
    • Produce sales responses and combine them with technical offers
    • Manage projects in collaboration with various partners within the SNCF group
    • Participate in the analysis of experience feedback (REX) and propose solutions for optimizing equipment maintenance
    • Ensure the link with the client in the follow-up of the contract
    • Ensure compliance with QCD commitments
    • Track economic data (orders, invoices)
  • Other Tasks
    • Produce an economic balance sheet for the area under management
    • Build customer loyalty through a climate of trust
Requirements
  • Expected Know-How/Expertise
    • Knowledge of railway rolling stock
    • Mastering the railway environment
    • Knowledge of CMMS tools
    • Business and contract management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of ECE 2019-779 regulations would be an asset
