**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Sustainability Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and assignments, contributing to the development of consulting offers, and supervising junior consultants.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of 10 to 15 customers and assignments, contributing to its development through consulting actions and relationships.
- Participate in the development of consulting offers to meet the needs of the market or Cority's existing clients.
- Supervise and train junior consultants on sustainability-related assignments.
- Contribute to the company's methodological, human, commercial, and strategic development, and in general, to its growth.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Reporting 21 software with the whole team (ideation of functionalities, gathering of customer needs).
**Ideal Candidate**
- You are a graduate of a business or engineering school, or a major university, with a preferred background in sustainability, CSR, or sustainable development.
- You have 2 to 4 years of consulting experience in a large or medium-sized company.
- You have experience in managing junior consultants and carrying out assignments.
- You have proven experience (> 2 years) in CSR, ESG, or sustainable development consulting.
- You are data-driven (KPIs) and results-oriented.
- You have good interpersonal and listening skills, as you will be in constant contact with our customers.
- You are able to integrate quickly into a dynamic team.
- You like challenges and responsibility.
